Deletion lives inside the app and runs immediately. Here is exactly how it works.
How to delete your account
Deletion is built into the app: open Settings from the avatar in the top right, choose Delete account, and confirm. The erase runs immediately and it cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Everything in your account: every day you have logged, your experiments and their results, your saved answers, and your profile. Your sign-in is deleted too, so the account can never be signed into again. We keep no personal data afterwards, except where we are required to retain records, such as evidence of a subscription for billing law.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because billing runs through Apple, not through us. Cancel first in your Apple ID account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions), then delete the account.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@joinsolen.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and remove your account and its data within 30 days.
