Who we are

Solen is operated by Troiva LLC. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Your account identifier: an email address, or the private relay identifier if you sign in with Apple. Everything you enter in the app, which is described in the next section. The questions you ask the assistant. Your device language, so that anything we send you is in it. Standard usage data used to keep the app working and to measure which features people use.

Your symptom logs

The symptoms you log, how severe you say they were, the hours you slept, the factors you tick, your notes, and the experiments you run are health data and we treat them as the most sensitive thing we hold. They are stored against your account and are readable only by you. We do not sell them, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not use them to train models. Nobody at Troiva reads them except at your explicit request, for example when you send us a support message asking us to look at something.

How we use it

To show you your own data: your trends, your trigger map, your experiment results and your report. To keep those in sync across your devices. To answer the questions you ask the assistant. To answer your support messages and fix what breaks.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run parts of the app on our behalf: Google Firebase for authentication, database and analytics; Google Gemini for answering the questions you ask the assistant; RevenueCat for subscription status; Meta for measuring which of our ads bring people to Solen; and Apple for payments. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Meta is told that the app was installed, that it was opened, that a subscription was bought, and that you reached one of a short list of steps such as finishing setup. It is told nothing else: no symptom, no severity, no note, no name, and no advertising identifier, because Solen does not ask to track you across other companies’ apps. We do not sell your data, and your symptom logs are never shared with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Your logs and experiments are kept while your account exists, because the whole point of the product is the comparison with last month. Delete your account, from Settings inside the app, and your account and its data are erased immediately, except where we are required to retain records.

Your choices

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time: Settings, then Delete account. It is immediate and it cannot be undone. You can also ask for a copy of your data or ask us to correct it. Email us and we will confirm within 30 days.

Children

Solen is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

This website

joinsolen.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no third-party requests. What you read here stays between you and your browser.
