Something looks wrong in your data

Tell us the date and what you expected to see. Every number in the app is computed from your logs on the spot, so a figure that looks wrong is usually a day that was logged differently than remembered, and we can point at exactly which one.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Use Manage subscription in Settings, which opens the same controls as your Apple ID account page. We cannot cancel or refund on your behalf, but tell us and we will help you find the right screen.

What to include

Your device model, your iOS version, and the version number at the bottom of Settings. It saves a round trip.
